Booking with Tsoka Experiences is simple. Browse our destinations and experiences, select your preferred dates and number of travelers, then proceed to checkout. You can also use our Experience Planner to create a personalized itinerary. Our team is available to assist you via WhatsApp or email if you need help planning your trip.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, we offer a deposit option where you pay 30% upfront and the remaining balance 60 days before your trip.

We offer free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. For cancellations made 30+ days before your trip, you'll receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of travel. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination. Many countries offer visa-on-arrival for certain nationalities, while others require advance applications. We'll provide detailed visa guidance based on your nationality once you book.

Yellow fever vaccination is required for some countries and proof of vaccination may be required for entry. We recommend consulting with a travel health clinic at least 6-8 weeks before your trip for personalized medical advice.

Yes! All our packages include airport transfers to and from your accommodation. Our drivers will meet you at the airport with a Tsoka Experiences sign. For multi-destination trips, we arrange all inter-destination transfers including flights, road transfers, or boat transfers as appropriate.

We'll send you a detailed packing list specific to your destinations once you book. Generally, we recommend comfortable clothing, walking shoes, sun protection, and layers for cooler mornings and evenings.

Activity suitability varies. Many experiences welcome children, while adventure activities like bungee jumping have age and weight restrictions. Family-friendly alternatives are available for most destinations. Let us know if you're traveling with children, and we'll create an age-appropriate itinerary.

We specialize in private and small-group experiences. Game drives typically have a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle for optimal wildlife viewing. Large group tours of 10+ can be arranged upon request.
